With the decision of the (Turkish) Competition Authority, dated Aug 12, 2021 and numbered 21-38/543-M, an investigation pursuant to the 41st article of the Law No. 4054 has been initiated to determine whether there has been a violation of the 4th article of Law No. 4054 by seven enterprises, including one of our subsidiaries, Toros Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Toros Agri). The Investigation Notice, numbered E-13183850-110.01.04-30821, disclosing that an investigation has been initiated was sent via e-notification on 26 Aug, 2021.

At this point, the fact that an investigation has been initiated should not be interpreted as the enterprises under investigation have violated the Law No. 4054, or have faced or will be subject to penal sanctions within the scope of the same law.
