Our Board of Directors has taken the following decisions: - Mehmet Ercan Kumcu, one of the Members of the Board of Directors, resigned due to health reasons and Mehmet Nazmi Erten was elected as his replacement to serve until the next general assembly meeting and to be submitted to the approval of the said general assembly, - Mehmet Nazmi Erten has been appointed as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
