Ref: Our announcement dated 27 August 2021

In our related statement, it has been announced that, with the decision of the (Turkish) Competition Authority, dated Aug 12, 2021 and numbered 21-38/543-M, an investigation pursuant to the 41st article of the Law No. 4054 has been initiated to determine whether there has been a violation of the 4th article of Law No. 4054 by seven enterprises, including one of our subsidiaries, Toros Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Toros Agri).

With the Competition Board's decision dated 03.08.2023 and numbered 23-36/670-226, it has been reported that Article 4 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition was not violated and it i s not necessary to impose administrative fines on the enterprises that are subject to the investigation.
