Additional Explanations

In accordance with the Capital Market Board's Communique II-22.1 on Share Buy-backs and the related announcement dated 14.02.2023, in order to contribute to the fair price formation of our share, our Board of Directors decided to launch a share buy-back program on 31.01.2024. Board Decision was disclosed on Public Disclosure Platform on the same date.

Within the scope of the share buy-back program, TKFEN shares with TL 106,668 nominal value were bought back on February 21, 2024 within a price range of TL 44.98 – TL 45.92 (weighted average of TL 45.61) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by Our Company.

Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 106,668 which represents 0.0288% of the Company's capital, following the transaction.
