Şirketimizin bağlı ortaklıklarından Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş.'nin (Tekfen İnşaat), % 100 hissesi kendisine ait olan OOO Rusfen ile birlikte işveren OOO Kharampurneftegaz'a aleyhine açmış olduğu davada, Moskova Arbitraj Mahkemesi'nin davanın reddine ilişkin verdiği ilk derece kararına karşı yapılan itirazı görüşen Moskova Temyiz Mahkemesi bugünkü duruşma sonucunda, ilk derece mahkemesinin grup şirketlerimiz aleyhine vermiş olduğu ret kararını onamıştır.

Moskova Temyiz Mahkemesi'nin gerekçeli kararının yayımlanmasını müteakip süresi içinde bu karara karşı kararın bozulması talebiyle bir üst mahkemeye başvurulacaktır.

In the lawsuit filed against the employer OOO Kharampurneftegaz by our subsidiary Tekfen İnşaat ve Tesisat A.Ş. ("Tekfen İnşaat") and its wholly-owned affiliate OOO Rusfen, the Moscow Court of Appeal has today upheld the initial ruling of the Moscow Arbitrazh Court, which had rejected the case.

After the court issues its reasoned judgment, an appeal will be filed with a higher court requesting the annulment of the decision.
