Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II, 14.1 No'lu "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" uyarınca hazırlanan ve KPMG Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. ta rafından denetlenen 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolarımıza göre 64.609.000,00-TL. " Dönem Zararı", VUK hükümleri gereğince ise 65.818.150,86-TL ‘'Dönem Zararı'' oluşmuş olup SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dahilinde 2018 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak dönem zararının geçmiş yıl zararlarına aktarılması nedeniyle herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı oyçokluğu ile kabul edilmiştir.
