dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre 524.926.014,93 TL Net Dönem Karı' ndan, Şirketimizin yatırım döneminde
olması sebebiyle sağlıklı nakit akışının devam ettirilmesi ve son yıllarda iyileşen bilanço yapısının korunması
amacıyla 2022 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılmaması,Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nun
519'uncu maddesi uyarınca 11.024.256,56 TL tutarında Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra geriye kalan
513.901.758,37 TL tutarındaki net dönem karının Olağanüstü Yedek olarak ayırılması 1.111,827 TL olumsuz oya
karşılık 113.310.351,441 TL olumlu oy ile katılanların oyçokluğu ile kabul edilmiştir.
