oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Rekabet Kurumu tarafından, 4054 sayılı Rekabetin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'un ("Kanun") 4. maddesinin ihlal edilip edilmediğinin tespitine yönelik olarak, Kanun'un 41. maddesi uyarınca, aralarında Şirketimizin de bulunduğu tüketici elektroniği pazarında faaliyet gösteren muhtelif sağlayıcılar, çeşitli tüketici elektroniği ürününün geri alımı pazarında faaliyet gösteren bazı teşebbüsler ile geri alıma konu cihazları nihai tüketicilerden temin ve/veya tedarik eden yeniden satıcılar hakkında soruşturma açılmasına karar verildiği hususu Şirketimize bildirilmiştir. Bilindiği üzere, Rekabet Kurumu tarafından soruşturma açılması, soruşturmaya konu teşebbüslerin Kanun'u ihlal ettikleri veya Kanun kapsamında cezai yaptırım ile karşı karşıya kaldıkları veya kalacakları şeklinde yorumlanamaz. Konu hakkındaki gelişmeler Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı çerçevesinde gerektiğinde kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır. Our Company has been informed that the Competition Authority has decided to open an investigation various providers operating in the consumer electronics market, certain undertakings operating in the buyback market for various consumer electronics products, and resellers who procure and/or supply devices subject to buyback from end consumers, including our Company in accordance with Article 41 of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition ("Law") in order to determine whether Article 4 of the Law has been violated. The opening of an investigation by the Competition Authority cannot be interpreted as a violation of the Law by the undertakings subject to the investigation or that they are or will be subject to criminal sanctions within the scope of the Law, and the relevant developments will be shared with the public in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation. In the context of Capital Market Legislation, any further developments in this matter will be communicated to the public as necessary. (In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.)
