At the meeting of our Board of Directors held today, it has been resolved to extend the validity period of the Company's authorized capital ceiling for a five-year period covering the years 2026–2030, to increase the authorized capital ceiling to 2,000,000,000 TL, and to amend Article 10 of the Articles of Association titled "Capital."
The attached proposed amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the approval of our shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting to be held following the receipt of the required permissions and approvals from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade.
