Akabank (AKA European) sourced from Dutch Eximbank to be used in the purchase of frozen potato line (machinery and equipment) for the ongoing investment to establish a frozen food production facility on the land allocated to our company within Niğde Bor Mixed and Leather Specialized Organized Industrial Zone ("BORKOSB"). A loan agreement of EUR 32,233,000.00 was signed with Export and Trade Bank. The loan has a 10-year maturity with a 2-year grace period and the interest rate is Euribor + 2.75
