Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, 31 Mart 2022 tarihli toplantısında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 21 Temmuz 2016, 25 Temmuz 2016 ve 23 Mart 2020 tarihlerinde yaptığı duyurular çerçevesinde, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'de ve New York Borsası'nda (NYSE) işlem gören Amerikan Depo Sertifikalarımız (ADR) da dahil olmak üzere Şirket payları ve Şirket bonolarının geri alımında kullanılmak üzere azami fon tutarının 750.000.000 TL olmasına karar vermişti. Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu bu defa, ilgili azami fon tutarının 1.000.000.000 TL'ye artırılmasına karar vermiştir.

Our Company's Board of Directors, pursuant to their meeting on March 31, 2022, resolved to determine the maximum fund amount to buy-back our shares trading at Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., our American Depository Receipts (ADR) trading at New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and bonds of our Company as TRY750 million within the scope of the announcements of the Capital Markets Board dated July 21, 2016, July 25, 2016, and March 23, 2020. Our Company's Board of Directors has resolved now to increase the maximum fund amount as TRY1 billion.
