In the Ordinary General Assembly Dated 2 May 2024, it was decided that the Chairman and each member of the Board of Directors have a monthly compensation of TRY 150 thousand during the term of office and to increase the aforementioned remuneration at the rate of the average salary increase to be made to the company employees. In parallel with the common practice, aggregate amount of the executive remuneration is disclosed in the annual report.
