Our company has been informed that the amendment text of Article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association, prepared to set the registered capital ceiling at 8.000.000.000 TL, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board with the letter dated 16.05.2025 and numbered E-29833736-110.04.04-72501, following our application submitted on 12.05.2025.

Following the approval of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), an application for an amendment to the Articles of Association was submitted by our Company to the General Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey on 22 May 2025.

Pursuant to the letter dated 30 May 2025 and numbered E- 50035491-431.02-00109861493 issued by the General Directorate of Domestic Trade, approval has been granted for the amendment to Article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association.
