Our Company, as the fund user, has resolved that lease certificates will be issued in the domestic market by the issuer KT Sukuk Varlık Kiralama A.Ş., up to a total ceiling of 4.000.000.000 TL (Four Billion Turkish Lira), in tranches, with various maturities, and based on a management agreement in accordance with the Lease Certificates Communiqué. These lease certificates will be offered without a public offering, through private placement and/or sales to qualified investors, or through a combination of these methods. Applications will be made to the Capital Markets Board and other relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals in this respect. This is hereby announced to the public. This statement has been translated into English for information purposes only. In case of any discrepancies between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
