In the Capital Markets Board's weekly bulletin numbered 2017/28, it has been announced that our application to issue debt securities for a total amount up to 1 billion US Dollars or an equivalent foreign currency amount within one year, with various composition and terms to be determined under the market conditions on the date of the issuance and to be sold to natural and legal persons outside of Turkey through one or more issuance, was approved by the Capital Markets Board.
