Date of The Previous Announcement Regarding This Subject: 27 10 2017

We have been informed today that, our lawsuit filed against the Competition Board for the cancellation of its decision dated January 17, 2014, with no 14-03 / 60-24, was rejected. We will appeal against this decision within the legal period of 30 days.

Since the payment related to administrative penalty was made on May 23rd, 2014, there is no effect of this resolution on our financial statements. Significant developments regarding the process will also be announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail
