oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		11.12.2018 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan, yurtiçinde halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcılara satılmak üzere 1 yılık dönem içerisinde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 1.000.000.000 Türk Lirası tutarına kadar tahvil ya da finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 03.01.2019 tarih ve 1/7 sayılı toplantısında olumlu karşılanmış olup; söz konusu ihraca ilişkin başvuru formu, ihraç belgesi ve ek belgeler ekte yer almaktadır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		Following our announcement dated as of December 11, 2018 regarding our application; on January 3 rd , 2019 in the meeting number 1/7, Capital Markets Board approved our issuance certificate of bonds or bills with a total amount of up to TRY 1,000,000,000 within 1 year period via single or multiple sales to domestic qualified investors without public offering. The application form, issuance certificate and its appendix are attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
