In the Capital Markets Board's weekly bulletin dated November 12, 2020 and numbered 2020/70; it was published that our application, which was subject to our announcement dated October 19,2020 for the possible issuance of bonds or bills with a total amount of up to TRY 2,000,000,000 within 1 year period via single or multiple sales to domestic qualified investors without public offering, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board. The application form is attached. Additional announcement will be made when the issuance certificate is received. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
