In the Capital Markets Board's weekly bulletin dated April 8, 2021 and numbered 2021/19; it was published that our application, which was subject to our announcement dated March 26,2021 for the possible issuance of bonds or bills with a total amount of up to TRY 2,000,000,000 within 1 year period via single or multiple sales to domestic qualified investors without public offering, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board. The application form is attached. Additional announcement will be made when the issuance certificate is received. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
