In the Capital Markets Board's weekly bulletin dated October 13, 2022 and numbered 2022/55; it was published that our application, which was subject to our announcement dated September 15,2022 for the possible issuance of bonds or bills with a total amount of up to TRY 5,000,000,000 within 1 year period via single or multiple sales to domestic qualified investors without public offering, has been approved by the Capital Markets Board. The issuance certificate and application form are attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
