İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		On December 21, 2023 with decision number 80/1737 Capital Markets Board approved our issuance certificate of bonds or bills with a total amount up to TRY 10,000,000,000 within 1-year period by sale of one or several times to domestic qualified investors through sales or private placement methods without public offering. The application form, issuance certificate and its annex are attached. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
