26.09.2025 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamamız da belirtildiği üzere;

Ortaklığımızın tüm paydaşları için yüksek değer üretecek şekilde ortaya koyduğu Stratejik Planı dahilindeki büyüme hedefleri doğrultusunda Yönetim Kurulumuz 2029-2034 yılları arasında teslim alınmak üzere Boeing firmasından 50 adet kesin sipariş ve 25 adet opsiyon olmak üzere toplam 75 adet B787-9 ve B787-10 uçağının satın alınmasına karar vermişti.Söz konusu uçaklar için kanat üstü motor, yedek motor ve motor bakım hizmeti alımı için yapılan ihale sonucunda müzakereler sonuçlanmış olup GE Aerospace firması ile mutabakata varılmıştır.

As stated our public disclosure dated 26.09.2025;

In line with the growth objectives set out in our Strategic Plan, which aims to generate significant value for all stakeholders, our Board of Directors had decided to purchase a total of 75 aircraft from Boeing, consisting of 50 firm and 25 option orders for B787-9 and B787-10 models with deliveries scheduled between 2029 and 2034. As a result of the tender held for the procurement of engines, spare engines, and engine maintenance services for these aircraft, negotiations have been concluded and an agreement has been reached with GE Aerospace.
