Within the scope of the share buy-back program, approved at the General Assembly meeting dated May 21, 2025, THYAO shares with TL 379,000 nominal value were bought back for 100,1 million TL on December 29, 2025 within a price range of TL 264.00 – TL 264.50 (weighted average TL 264.25) per share on Borsa Istanbul by our Company.
Total nominal value of repurchased shares have reached TL 6.655,244 which represents 0.482264% of the Company's capital, following the transaction.
