As stated in the announcements by Turkey Wealth Fund and our Company's main shareholder LYY Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.'s (LYY) shareholders; Akbank T.A.Ş., Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş. and Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. on December 17, 2021, negotiations regarding the sale of 55% Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. stake owned by LYY to Turkey Wealth Fund have started between the parties.
Although our Company is not a party to the aforementioned negotiations, we will follow the developments in the coming period.
