The proposal to amend our Articles of Association regarding the increase of our registered capital ceiling to TRY 2,000,000,000 and the extension of its validity period until 2029 has been approved by the Capital Markets Board and communicated to our Company. Following the approval of the Ministry of Trade, the proposed amendment to the Articles of Association is planned to be submitted for the approval of shareholders at the first upcoming General Assembly meeting.
