By the decision of the Board of Directors of our Bank, the purchase of 31,909 m² out of a total of 78,282.40 m² of immovable property, consisting of one main building and two podiums, located at the address: N28, Finans Caddesi, Finanskent Mahallesi, Ümraniye District, Istanbul within the scope of the Istanbul Financial Center Project and registered in the land registry as block 3328, plot 11, owned by Halk Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. for a price of 8,320,135,000 TL + VAT, has been approved. The General Directorate has been authorized to sign all contracts related to this purchase.

In case of any contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
