Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 01.07.2022. With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the necessary application had been made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the issuance of mortgage covered bonds outside of Turkey. The CMB approval regarding İşbank's aforementioned application was published in the bulletin of the CMB numbered 2022/42. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
