The recordings, claimed to be taken at Bayındır İçerenköy Hospital, which operates under our subsidiary, Bayındır Healthcare Group, and published on social media, have deeply saddened us all. In this context, allegations circulated in various press and social media, targeting İşbank and İşbank's executives by suggesting "the incident was concealed" are unfounded and lack accuracy. It has been disclosed to the public by our subsidiary that upon becoming aware of the matter, the involved parties were immediately dismissed, the necessary investigations were carried out, the labor contracts were terminated on 24 February 2022, and an allegation was simultaneously made about the aforementioned persons to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
At this stage, it has been decided to temporarily stop the activities of Bayındır İçerenköy Hospital on 6 October 2022 by İstanbul Provincial Health Directorate.
We would like to inform the public that, together with our subsidiary, İşbank will be closely following due processes. Unfounded rumors, news and comments should not be credited.
