Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 03.10.2022.

Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of İşbank dated 06.09.2021 on the issuance of borrowing instruments , the Capital Market Instrument Note related to the public offering of İşbank's bills with a nominal value of TL 500 million and with a term of 102 days , which was certified by the Capital Markets Board is attached hereto .

The book building will be realized on 10-11-12 October 2022.
