A lawsuit, as a repetition of previous judicial applications, has been filed by Sadık Subaşı through his lawyer which includes the demand to determine that the Extraordinary General Meeting resolution made in 1991 regarding the amendment in Article 58 of Articles of Incorporation about the dividends paid to the founder shares and the resolution regarding the dividend payment made in 2022 in line with the aforementioned resolution are not binding for the plaintiff.


The General Meeting resolution in dispute have been adopted in compliance with the related legislations and with İşbank's Articles of Incorporation. This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 5.2.2 of the Material Events Guide of the Capital Markets Board.
