İlgi: 06.12.2022 tarihli özel durum açıklamamız.

İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Bankamızca yurt dışında; Bankaların Özkaynaklarına İlişkin Yönetmelik çerçevesinde özkaynak hesaplamasına dahil edilecek borçlanma araçları dahil olmak üzere tahvil veya finansman bonosu ihraç edilmesine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulduğu duyurulmuştu.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından söz konusu borçlanma araçlarına ilişkin ihraç belgesi onaylanmış olup, onaylı ihraç belgesine ekte yer verilmiştir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the necessary application had been made to the Capital Markets Board for the issuance of bonds or bills including the borrowing instruments that can be taken into account in the equity calculation pursuant to the Equity Regulation; outside of Türkiye.

The issuance certificate for the above mentioned borrowing instruments has been approved by the Capital Markets Board and the related certificate is attached herewith.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
