A lawsuit has been filed by Nurgül İleritürk through her lawyer which includes the demand to determine that the Extraordinary General Meeting resolution made in 1991 regarding the amendment in Article 58 of Articles of Incorporation about the dividends paid to the founder shares is not binding.
The General Meeting resolutions in dispute have been adopted in compliance with the related legislations valid in the date when the resolutions were taken as well as the current legislations and with İşbank's Articles of Incorporation. This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 5.2.2 of the Material Events Guide of the Capital Markets Board.
