The application to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and to the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) regarding the increase of the Maximum Level of Registered Capital from TL 10 billion to TL 25 billion, the extension of the permission period of the Maximum Level of Registered Capital until the end of year 2027 and amendment to the article No.5 of the Articles of the Incorporation of the Bank has been approved. The amended document approved by CMB is attached hereto.
