We express our deepest condolences for our people who lost their lives in the earthquake that occurred in the morning of 06 February 2023, and offer our sympathy to their families and our nation. We also wish a quick recovery to the citizens who were affected by the earthquake. As a result of this sad situation, our webcast call, planned for this evening, has been cancelled. On the other hand, as per the Article 10 of "Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure" (II-15.1) of Capital Markets Board, forward looking evaluations of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. consisting of its 2023 year-end expectations are attached. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
