As of 16.02.2023, our Bank has purchased 650.000 TRY nominal value share of İş Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. with a price range of TRY 5,42-5,54. As a result, the total shares of our Bank in İş Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. have reached 30,52%.

Our Bank controls Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş., Trakya Yatırım Holding A.Ş. and Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi which have 30,45% shares in İş Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. in total.
