The Head Office has been authorized by İşbank's Board of Directors to sign the related documents and to carry out all necessary actions regarding the acquisition of 50% share of Greeneco Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. from Acarsan Makarna Group for an amount of around USD 130 million of which around USD 50 million as a set-off of our loan receivables from Acarsan Makarna Group.
