Reference: Public disclosure of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 15.09.2023.

Following the authorization given to the Head Office by İşbank's Board of Directors on 15 September 2023, the necessary actions were completed and the acquisition of 50% share of Greeneco Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. for an amount of USD 130,909,744 by our Bank has been finalized. Acarsan Makarna Group has been granted the right to repurchase on certain conditions until 31.03.2026.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
