Reference: Public disclosures of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 16.05.2023 and 20.06.2023. With our recorded statements, it was announced that our Bank has made the necessary application to the Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance of TRY denominated green and/or sustainable debt instruments up to TRY 3 billion nominal domestically, within the scope of the "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts. Our application has been aprroved by Capital Markets Board on 20.09.2023. Framework Document of Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Second Party Opinion regarding the compliance of the Framework Document with "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye and Application Form are attached. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
