Reference: Public disclosures of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 23.08.2023 and 27.10.2023. With the related public disclosures, it was announced that İşbank made the necessary application to Capital Markets Board regarding to issuance of TL borrowing instruments up to TL 5 billion domestically, that meet the criteria for the inclusion in Tier 1 capital and Tier 2 capital in accordance with the relevant legislation, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts. Our application has been aprroved by Capital Markets Board on 15.11.2023. Application Form and its Attachment that have been approved by the Capital Markets Board is attached. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
