International credit rating agency Moody's revised the Outlook assigned to İşbank's Long Term Issuer and Long Term Local Currency Deposit Ratings to Positive from Stable and affirmed the ratings, subsequent to the change of Outlook on Turkish Sovereign Rating to Positive from Stable on 12 January 2024. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
