Reference: Public disclosures of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 25.03.2016 and 06.02.2023

Regarding the process that was mentioned in the referenced public disclosures, a mutual discharge agreement was reached with SDIF and the balance of 48 million USD, including interest, subject to the lawsuit was paid to SDIF, and the necessary provisions will be set aside for the entirety of the amount as of 31.12.2023.
