Pursuant to the issuance limit of TL 50 billion of private placement and/or public offering of borrowing instruments in domestic markets, which was approved on 21.12.2023 at the Capital Markets Board's 80/1762 numbered meeting, our Bank has commenced operations of the issue of TL 700.000.000 nominal valued bills with 124 days maturity to qualified investors and the book building has been completed. The settlement date will be 24.04.2024. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
