Within the framework of the resolution made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Board of Directors, Mr. Mehmet Türk, Manager of Başkent Corporate Branch has been assigned as Deputy Chief Executive. The assignment of Mr. Türk will be effective pursuant to the necessary notifications to be made to and the permissions to be obtained from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
