Our application to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye regarding the amendment to articles 29 and 38 of the Articles of Incorporation of our Bank has been approved. The amended document approved by the CMB is attached hereto. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
