Reference: Public disclosures of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 23.08.2023, 25.12.2023 and 05.04.2024.

As announced with the related public disclosures, the Competition Authority, the Central Bank of Republic of Turkey and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency provided authorization for the merger process of Moka Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a subsidiary of our Bank, and Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., and the merger process has been approved at the General Assembly Meetings of both companies held on 24.03.2025.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
