As announced with the related public disclosures, resolutions taken regarding the merger process of Moka Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a subsidiary of our Bank, and Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş. at General Assembly Meetings have been registered and the merger process has been completed. The title of the new company has been registered as "Moka United Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu Anonim Şirketi".
