With the registration of the resolutions taken at the Ordinary General Assembly held on 27.03.2025 dated 04.04.2025, amendment to the article 5 of the Articles of Incorporation related to the increase of the Maximum Level of Registered Capital from TL 25 billion to TL 100 billion, the extension of the permission period of the Maximum Level of Registered Capital until the end of year 2029 is realized.
