Reference: Public disclosures of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 15.09.2023 and 20.09.2023.

It was announced with the related public disclosure that the acquisition of 50% share of Greeneco Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. by our Bank has been finalized.

These shares, which are booked at a value of TRY 3,533,527 thousand in our Bank's financial statements, have been transferred to our 100% indirect subsidiary İş Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. USD 20 million portion of the sale price has been collected upfront, and the remaining balance will be collected within the year 2026.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
