Yönetim Kurulumuzun 28.11.2016 tarihli kararı ile Şirketimiz sermaye artırımına ilişkin olarak esas sözleşmesinin 7 nolu "Sermaye ve Pay Senetleri" maddesinin tadiline ilişkin Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesinin tescil işlemlerine başlanmasına Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 14.12.2016 tarihinde izin verilmiştir.
