31 Mart 2021 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında Şirketimizin 2021 yılı bağımsız denetiminin PWC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik AŞ tarafından yerine getirilmesine yönelik alınan karar İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 13 Nisan 2021 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve aynı gün 10308 numaralı Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.

The resolution, approved at Ordinary General Assembly Meeting dated on March 31, 2021, as to carry out the independent audit of our company for 2021 by PWC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on April 13, 2021 and announced in the Trade Registry Gazette numbered 10308 on the same day.
